Starspeed

Not the greatest-quality scan ever...
Regardless, I was far from happy with how I drew Starspeed ages ago, so I decided to draw him again. Here he is, with Eleanor.

I should probably explain a bit about Space Whales. They're whales, that live in space - their bodies are constructed, I suppose, in such a way that neither the lack of pressure nor the lack of heat in the vacuum of outer space can harm them. They're just as happy in water or air, too.
Space Whales have strong, natural psychic powers - teleportation (mainly via portals that they open themselves), telepathy (which is how they talk to non-Space Whales; their own language is formed of whalesong), and telekinesis. Their most striking ability is that they can 'dephase' from the natural environment and become either partially or totally incorporeal, allowing them to pass through solid objects and avoid most kinds of harm. The main danger to them in such a dephased state is very heavy objects, or anything else that bends the fabric of spacetime more than they can cope with.
Space Whales are sentient, intelligent beings, with their own culture and society, too.
